Four days Yoga retreat in Basque Country
In a beautiful & calm property 5 min from the ocean
Location:
The property is right in between Guéthary and Ahetze. There are many nice places to visit nearby (Guethary, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz…) and the Spanish border is also really close (20 min drive).
The house is surrounded by nature, with a wonderful view of the mountains. If you are lucky enough you might see some roe deers and horses down hill !
Program
- 9h: Yoga Asana
- 10h: Pranayama
- 10h30: Delicious breakfast, lots a fruits (Miam Ô fruit) and healthy smoothies
- 14h: Hiking/walk if the weather allows it. Mountains & coastline !
- 18h: Gentle Yoga and drills, AUM chanting, followed by meditation or Yoga Nidra in the evenings
- 20h: Healthy dinner
You are free to do whatever you like during the afternoon, the ocean is 5 min away by car or 20 min walk !
Accomodation
There are four rooms available:
Two rooms with a queen size bed with a private bathroom
One room with two single size beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub
One room with a comfy sofa bed
Food & Drinks
We provide two meals, one in the morning and one in the evening. The food is vegetarian and we can adapt to your dietary requirements.
The food is fresh and cooked with love. We try to use products from our region as much as possible.
Arrival information:
The closest train station is Guéthary (20 min walk, 5 min by car). I can pick you up for free if you arrive there.
If you arrive by plane at the Biarritz Airport or by Express TGV train at Biarritz train station, I ask for an extra 50€ fee to pick you up when you arrive and drop you off at the end of your stay. If you’d like to be more independent and visit the nearby cities etc, I would recommend you to rent a car.
